1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using JumpKit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

JumpKit is a desktop application for Windows and macOS that allows users to organize and launch web links, local folders, and shared files. The Service includes optional account features (sync, team sharing) and a free tier with paid upgrades.

3. Your Account

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@jumpkit.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use JumpKit to store or distribute malicious, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the Service to violate any law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Share your account credentials with others (team members must have individual accounts)

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans (Pro and Team) are billed via LemonSqueezy. Key terms:

• Pro plan: $10/month, billed monthly
• Team plan: $99/year, billed annually
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Email support@jumpkit.app for help.

6. Intellectual Property

JumpKit and all related content, including the app, website, logo, and branding, are the intellectual property of JumpKit. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JumpKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
